I LOVE Golden Milk! This is an alternative version with hot chocolate ingredients, making this a sweet hot drink to balance out the earthy spicy flavors of turmeric, cinnamon, clove and cayenne. Turmeric is great for addressing inflammation including arthritis and osteoporosis. Bag holds about 8oz of powder.

Directions: Add 2 TBSP of powder to 6-7oz of hot water; whisk until dissolved
